# ~~Haus~~Urlaubsaufgaben Romy
Aufgabe
: 10-mal morgens und 10-mal abends den "Kawaishi"-Eingang üben
Hauptziel ist die Automatisierung der Schrittfolge. Idealerweise
sollten Arm-, Oberkörper- und Schulterbewegung aber gleich mit
einbezogen werden.
- Ein rückwartsgedrehter Stuhl mit über der Lehne hängender Jacke
dürfte für Romy eine gute Uke-Höhe haben.
- Muss keine keine Judojacke sein. Es geht hauptsächlich darum,
dass gefasst werden kann.
- Die Eindrehbewegung geht an Ukes rechtem Arm vorbei. Der kann dabei
im Weg sein. Eine Flasche im Ärmel könnte den starren Oberarm Ukes
simulieren, damit Tori gleich mit lernt,Ukes Arm durch geschicktes
Leiten aus der Bahn zu nehmen.

### Hidari-Kawaishi(-Eingang)
Ausgangspoition
: frontal, parallel

: normale Fassart **rechts** (auch wenn der Wurf zur linken Seite
ausgeführt wird), die linke Ärmelhand greift in Höhe des Ellenbogens
Ausführung

Bei der folgenden Beschreibung bin ich vielleicht etwas zu sehr ins
Detail gegangen. Davon nicht abschrecken lassen. Alternativ kann man
sich auch auf Video und Abbildung beschränken.
1. Die Kämpfer befinden sich in einer normalen Ausgangsposition mit
rechter Fassart.
2. Der linke Fuß setzt ein wenig nach hinten.
- Uke soll damit zur Vorwärtsbewegung gebracht werden. Entweder
weil Tori Uke aktiv zieht oder weil Uke selber schiebt. Oder am
besten beides (Uke ist bereits in einer Vorwärtsbewegung und Tori
verstärkt dies noch).
3. Ist der linke Fuß aufgesetzt, macht der rechte Fuss einen Schritt
leicht über Kreuz vor den linken Fuß (dorthin, wo der linke gerade
stand) auf den Fussballen.
- Dieses Über-Kreuz-Setzen ist sehr anfällig für Konter. Deshalb
muss schnell der nächste Schritt folgen.
- Schon hier muss Tori weit genug in die Knie (in das Knie, wir
haben momentan nur ein Standbein), um Uke am Ende über die Hüfte
zu werfen. Anhaltspunkt: Tori will mit seiner Ärmelhand Ukes
(rechten) Arm *vor* dem eigenen (Toris) Oberkörper nach *unten*
ziehen. Deshalb muss Toris Schulter *unterhalb* Ukes Achsel sein.
4. Das linke (Schwung-)Bein leitet durch eine (schnelle!) Drehung aus
der Hüfte die Körperdrehung um die halbe Achse (180°) ein. Am Ende der
Drehung soll das linke Bein wieder aufgesetzt sein (für sicheren
Stand).
- Je ~~schneller~~ explosiver diese Rotation erfolgt desto mehr
Schwung kann in den Wurf übergeben werden. Damit die Übergabe des
Schwunges möglichst verlustfrei vonstatten geht, muss Tori Uke mit
beiden Armen fest auf seinen Rücken heften (indem der linke
Ärmelarm Ukes gefassten Ärmel vor dem Körper nach unten zieht und
die rechte Revershand nach vorne arbeitet). Den Zug mit beiden
Armen mit andeuten!
- Gemeinsam mit dem Armzug nach vorne/unten werden die Beine
gestreckt.
- Achtgeben, dass Tori stabil nach vorne steht:
- Schultern nach vorn abgebeugt,
- in der Hüfte noch gerade,
- aber kein Hohlkreuz.
